We ask for a 50% deposit, or one night's stay to secure a reservation. Cancelations DO sometimes happen - we understand! We give refunds for any reason for a cancelation 10 or more days prior to check-in. Closer to your stay with us, and we will try to rebook the room. We also keep a waiting list for busy weekends - we are worth waiting for!
***While our farm animals are quite used to each other...we are unable to accomodate guest pets.
***Our property is non-smoking.
***When making a reservation, you will be asked for a 50% deposit, which is taken at that time. If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible. If your cancellation is within 10 days of your planned visit, we wil gladly give a refund if we can rebook your room. More than 10 days from your visit, and your deposit is refunded immediately. In either case, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
***Our historic inn is not generally appropriate for children. On some occasions, and in some rooms, exceptions may be made. Please call us for more information.
***Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $50 charge for an extra person.
***We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, checks and BedandBreakfast.com gift cards.
